FAQ
What is Retro Pin Club?
Retro Pin Club is a club where members get fun retro computer pins every month. Celebrate your love of retrocomputing with pins!
Who is behind this?
My name is Andrew Madsen. I'm a software and hardware engineer, and retrocomputing collector and hobbyist. I also love pins and getting cool things in the mail, so I thought this would be a fun thing to do. It's entirely a labor of love so far. It's a project that I'm putting out there hoping others will like it too!
Is this going to be a Kickstarter?
No, it's not. When I've got everything ready to go, I'll launch and you can join the club and start getting pins. I've already got pins for the first few months manufactured and on hand, so there's no need for me to raise money in advance.
Is this an AI thing?
Nope. Our pins (we've already got a bunch designed!) and related artwork are all designed by 100% human artists without using generative AI at all.
I have another question.
You can email me at info@retropin.club! I'm not ready to announce all the details just yet, hence this simple sign up site, but I'd still love to hear from anyone who is interested.
